I enjoyed my stay, especially due to the great central location just a short walk to the waterfront and various restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable base for my family. However, the shower was a bit cramped, and the cleaning staff arrived an hour before checkout, which could have been better managed.

The location was fantastic, only a 10-minute walk to the ferry station and 15 minutes to the train station. The bed was comfortable, and having skylights in my room added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Everything was clean and worked well, which made me feel at home.

I stayed in a studio, but it was quite disappointing that there were no curtains to keep out the light. I struggled to get a good night's sleep because of it. Additionally, while the kitchen was nice, I wished for some tea or coffee supplies upon my arrival to make settling in easier before exploring Como.

i was absolutely shocked at the lack of hot water, which lasted just 5 minutes—really, who can shower like that? also, i was hoping for a complimentary gesture after bringing this up, but no stars for service here. the confusing entry made my arrival far less welcoming than it should have been. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The apartment was comfy with a nice terrace. Super close to everything, just a short walk to the lake and train station. Staff were great, super responsive via WhatsApp. Felt like a cozy home base for our family trip!

Just spent 7 nights at Residence Diaz in Como-great value for a cozy studio! Perfect location close to shops and the lake, with a comfy bed and a nice kitchenette. Only downside was no personal contact with staff, just messaging, but everything else was smooth!

We really enjoyed the beautiful apartments and the fantastic location! Just a short stroll took us to the nearby shops and the picturesque lake. Our experience was enhanced by the staff being extremely accommodating, which made all the difference.

My kids wished for a little elevator because of all the stairs.
